HOW TO PREPARE NATURA MIX 'N SHAKE
● Large 480 ml
Pour 180ml of cow or vegetable milk into the glass of the blender and add 2,5 scoops of Natura Mix ‘n Shake powder preparation. Add some ice-cubes (80g - 12 ice cubes). Blend for 40 seconds. Pour Natura Mix’n Shake into a glass and serve.

140 ml of milk + 12 ice cubes
one glass 16 Oz/480 ml
● Regular 350 ml
Pour 100ml of cow or vegetable milk into the glass of the blender and add 1,5 scoops of Natura Mix ‘n Shake powder preparation. Add some ice-cubes (60g - 8 ice cubes). Blend for 40 seconds. Pour Natura Mix’n Shake into a glass and serve.
